By creating a hacker.io account or using our email service, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. The Service

hacker.io provides a paid email hosting service, including a @hacker.io address, IMAP/POP3/SMTP access, and a webmail portal.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use hacker.io to:

• Send spam, phishing, or malicious content
• Distribute illegal material or infringe on others' rights
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate others
• Attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our infrastructure

Violating this section may result in suspension or termination of your account.

4. Billing & Cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can manage your payment method and cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing tab.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

6. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
